In order for students to make more informed decisions about attending college, Central Oregon Community College makes the following information available in accordance with the federal Student Right-to-Know Act.
COMPLETION / GRADUATION RATES
The following completion and graduation rates are based upon a limited cohort of 492 first-time, full-time, degree/certificate-seeking students who entered COCC fall term 2005. These students were tracked over a three-year period to determine their academic outcomes.
Please note that these rates may not be representative of the entire student population of the college. The rates are for the described cohort only, students who completed their outcome after the three-year tracking period, or students who attend the college to acquire new skills or take classes for personal enrichment.

End of three years: September 2005 to August 2008
Completed a degree or certificate program at COCC 18%
Degree not completed but still enrolled at COCC 15%
Transferred to another college or university 24%
(Figure does not include students who completed
a degree or certificate.)

The combined percentage of students who completed their degrees/certificates at COCC, transferred to another institution, or who were still enrolled at COCC fall term 2008 is 57%. This means that 43% did not continue their studies at COCC or at another college or university.
